Monthly Support Group
Grief is both universal and deeply personal.
Sharing our individual experiences in a supportive group setting can open new pathways to healing and understanding. We warmly invite you to join us for our monthly grief support group, held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 2PM.
Each month, Bereavement Counselor Emily Sullivan, LCMHCA guides group discussions focused on themes such as love, loss, peace, hope, and healing. This gathering is free of charge and offers a safe, compassionate space to explore emotional experiences and learn healthy coping strategies related to grief.
Please note: Participation is open to all adults (18+) in the community, and your loved one did not need to be a Hospice of Davidson County patient to attend.
No registration is required.
Creative Counseling
Explore Healing Through Creativity
This unique and free monthly support group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6PM and features a different hands-on creative project each session. It offers a unique way to express grief and discover hope through art. Participants will be gently guided step-by-step in creating a meaningful piece that reflects their personal journey after loss.
No artistic experience is necessary—all supplies are provided.
This is a safe, welcoming space where creativity, compassion, and connection come together. You’re invited to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable, sharing in your own time and your own way.
We do ask that you register so that we can have enough supplies for everyone, therefore, you can CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
