Hospice of Davidson County is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization and welcomes support from the community.
There are many ways to partner with our agency and support the needs of our patients and families. Gifts are accepted in the following ways:
•         Cash, check or pledge
•         Credit card (MasterCard or VISA) donations
In-kind contributions 
Designate Hospice of the Davidson County as a recipient of                your  United Way contribution
Planned giving such as including Hospice of Davidson                         County in your will or establishing a charitable trust

Gifts may be designated as memorials or honorariums and we will notify the family
of your kindness (without specifying the amount of your gift.) Your contributions help provide care through all of our programs for those without insurance or otherwise unable to afford care, and also support our bereavement services which are offered without charge to the entire community.

The Partners in Care program offers a way to bring added visibility to your organization throughout the year.
Benefits include brand recognition in all web and print advertising and at events and fundraisers. PIC Partners also receive agency updates, quarterly newsletters, complimentary tickets to our annual meeting and our “Friends of Hospice” Gala. Partners in Care
Hospice of Davidson County will release a 25th anniversary cookbook with contributions from staff, volunteers and members of the community. The 25th anniversary cookbook titled, “Recipes and Remembrances from the Heart” will be available mid-September. The hardback cookbook will feature a “healthy choices” section for diabetics and vegetarians in addition to traditional sub-categories. The cookbook will also feature a self-supporting bookstand. All profits from cookbook sales will benefit Hospice of Davidson County patients and their families.

Recipe submissions are currently being accepted and may be submitted in memory or in honor of a loved one. Contributions will be reviewed by a committee comprised of Hospice of DC volunteers and must be received by Friday, June 18. To pre-order your copy of “Recipes and Remembrances from the Heart,” contact Hospice of Davidson County at 336.475.5444, ext. 2123. The limited edition cookbook is available for $15.00.
